No Exchanges We do not offer exchanges for any products. If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order.

Return Policy

• Returns are only accepted for products that remain in their original, unopened packaging. Any item with its outer plastic seal removed is ineligible for return.

• If a return request is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Missing or Damaged Parts

• If your product arrives with missing or damaged parts, we can arrange for replacement parts to be sent to you.

• Please note that replacement parts are imported from China and may take approximately 30-45 calendar days to arrive.

• To request replacement parts, please contact us with your order details and clear photos of the missing or damaged components.
